Overall, my stay at the resort was enjoyable, but several issues dampened the experience. The location of the park is nice and tucked away, providing a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff, especially Judy at the ranger station, were friendly and helpful. However, I faced some serious frustrations with the laundry facilities and the inconsistency in the service. Frequent rain led to flooding of the sites, which was a significant inconvenience, and the park ranger was quite unprofessional, which left a bitter impression.

While most staff were helpful, the experience with the park ranger supervisor was negative, overshadowing the otherwise pleasant staff interactions.

The bathrooms were kept clean, but the laundry facilities were problematic, requiring a card that could only be charged at limited hours.

This resort spa has a lovely atmosphere and is in the midst of some great renovations. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by dirty restrooms and unreliable Wi-Fi. The staff seemed friendly but were not well-trained, which led to some frustrating moments. The amenities like the pool and activities for kids were a nice touch, but they didn't quite make up for the disappointments in cleanliness and service.

Check-in took an unacceptably long time, and some staff seemed inexperienced. However, one employee genuinely cared for the kids during craft time.

The park is undergoing renovations, which is promising, and there are family-friendly activities available, but the bathrooms need serious attention.

The resort is set in a beautiful country area, with stunning scenery and plenty of amenities to enjoy. The pool is large and inviting, and the grounds are well-kept. However, I encountered issues with noise from other guests and the RV sites being slightly unlevel. Wi-Fi was also disappointingly slow, which could be an issue for some.

The cabin bedroom was quite small, with the bed taking up almost all the space, but it was clean and comfortable overall.

The staff was friendly, but I had some trouble with the check-in process after hours, resulting in a slight delay.

My experience at this resort was a mixed bag. The location is truly beautiful with stunning scenery and nearby activities, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. However, I did run into a few service issues that left me frustrated during my stay. The amenities, while great, could use some improvements, especially in terms of layout and levelness of the RV sites.

The RV sites were decent, but many weren't level, which made it a bit tricky for a pleasant stay. However, they were generally clean and well-kept.
Service

While some staff members were incredibly helpful, I did find that at times service wasn’t as attentive as I would have liked. It seemed busy, which might have contributed to the slower responses.

The facilities had a lot to offer, like a huge pool and well-kept courts, but the layout of some amenities could definitely be improved. It was quite rustic, which could be charming for some but a bit rough for others.

While the park has some nice features like shaded spaces and a lovely pool, my recent experiences at Morgan Hill were disappointing. The staff interactions felt unwelcoming, overshadowing the nostalgia I hoped to relive. The new playground is great for kids, but the overall atmosphere has changed, making it less inviting than in the past.
Rooms

I didn't stay in a room since I was there in my RV, but the facilities around looked too visually appealing.
Service

The service unfortunately left much to be desired as the staff was often rude and dismissive during my visits.
Location

The playground and pool area are impressive, but the drought has taken a toll on the landscape.
